Aldörrum
You can make a reservation by phone or in writing (by e-mail). Aldörrum doesn’t charge booking fee. A reservation is final if it is confirmed in writing (by e-mail) by Aldörrum. Please read the booking conditions for your holiday carefully.

Booking conditions
Holiday cottages - Bed and Breakfast (B&B)
- We require a (non-returnable) deposit of 30% of the holiday rental transferred within two weeks after booking to our bank account (you will receive the number in our confirmation).
- The balance of the total rental cost must be paid in full at least 3 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. If your booking is within 3 weeks of your arrival date, full payment is required.
- Failure to send the total payment by the due date, may be viewed as the customer cancelling the holiday. Under such circumstances, the deposit will not be refunded.
- The cottages are available after 3:00 p.m. on day of arrival. Accommodation in the cottages is restricted to the number of persons stated on the booking form. In case of a no show without noticing us we will consider the reservation as cancelled. The total payment will not be refunded. Cottages are to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.
- Not observing the house rules or misbehaviour can result in a removal from our site. All rent and charges paid in advance are not refunded.
- If for any reason beyond the owners control (e.g. fire, flood damage) the property is not available for the date of the holiday booked, all rent and charges paid in advance by you will be refunded in full. You shall have no further claim against Aldörrum.
- You have reserved for a certain period of time. Should you leave however earlier or later, you will be charged for the whole reserved period.
- Prolongation of your stay should be asked for on the day of arrival at the reception.
Minicamping
- When booking several pitches, during holidays or when renting a Karsten tent Aldörrum uses the following payment terms.

- The camping spot of rent-a-tent are available after 1:00 p.m. on day of arrival. Accommodation in the rent-a-tent is restricted to the number of persons stated on the booking form. In case of a no show without noticing us we will consider the reservation as cancelled. The total payment will not be refunded. The camping spot or rent-a-tent are to be vacated by 12.00 a.m. on day of departure.
