cycle tracks leading in various wind-directions.
The
national cycling tour LF 34 passes our camping-site. Our street is also
embodied in the so-called cycling junction system of the southeast of
Brabant. By linking the nodes you can plot your own interesting cycling
trips.

If you are passionate about horses, you will agree
that nothing quite beats the thrill of exploring on horseback.
Plan a wonderful horse riding adventure through the beautiful scenery of
De Peel by linking the nodes
of the horse riding junction system. If you want to bring your own
horse, there are local livery stables
where your horse can stay. Several local stables offer horse riding, catering from beginner
to advanced.
Across our camp-site lies a 9 holes par 3 golf
course on
Landgoed d'n Heikant. It is a perfect course for beginners to practice for
the golf exam and also a great course for experienced players to practice on
the short game.
Within three kilometres
there is a 9 holes par 35 golf
course on Helmondse Golfclub Overbrug with a clubhouse restaurant.
In the possession of a golf diploma you can play from Monday until Friday.
Together with a driving range, a pitching and a putting green, the courses make
a perfect haven for golf clinics.
The Netherlands is the perfect place
for inline skating. The province of North Brabant is virtually flat, crisscrossed
with bicycle paths, and teeming with rural beauty. Not far from our camping-site
the Tourist Office pegged out the
'Stippelberg' skating route with
quaint, pristine villages,
an abundance of green scenery and of course along
various pavements.

Berkendonk,
a vast man-made recreation lake
east of Helmond with lovely beaches, is within
easy reach (6,5 km, free admission). The clarity
and depth of the lake makes it popular with divers – there is a school on
site – wind surfers and it provides a wonderful venue for safe outdoor
swimming.
Fishing is possible on the Canal Zuid Willemsvaart (2
km). Inland fishing licences

are required and are available at most fishing tackle shops.
